ExpertChain provides a mentorship platform where students can enroll in skill-based learning sessions provided by verified mentors. All sessions are digitally certified via blockchain-based NFT certificates.

3. User Responsibilities

• Students must provide accurate information during registration and follow platform guidelines during mentorship sessions.

• Mentors must conduct sessions professionally and ensure the promised value is delivered.

• Any misuse of the platform may lead to suspension or permanent ban.

4. Payment & Refunds
Payments made by students are securely held and only released to mentors after successful session completion. If a session does not take place, a full refund is processed. Full refund & cancellation policy can be found here.

5. Digital Certificates
ExpertChain issues blockchain-based NFT certificates after session completion. These act as proof of participation and skill. Tampering, duplicating, or forging these certificates is strictly prohibited.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on ExpertChain (logos, branding, course materials, etc.) is the property of ExpertChain or its content partners. Unauthorized use or duplication is not allowed.

7. Limitation of Liability
ExpertChain is not liable for any  indirect loss arising from the use of the platform, mentor performance, or technical interruptions.

8. Termination
ExpertChain reserves the right to terminate any account that violates these terms without prior notice.

9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
