Refund Conditions
At ExpertChain, we follow a milestone-based smart payment system.
Payments made by students are securely held and are only released to mentors after the successful completion of mentorship sessions. If a session is cancelled by the mentor or does not take place, a full refund will be initiated to the student.
Refunds are typically processed within 24 hours of session cancellation confirmation and may take 5–7 business days to reflect in the original payment method, depending on the bank or UPI service provider.
Session Cancellation
Mentors may also cancel a session in case of unavoidable situations, but are expected to notify in advance.
No-Show Policy
If a mentor does not show up for the scheduled session, the student is eligible for a full refund.
If a student fails to attend the session without prior notice, the refund is not guaranteed and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
